Since 1889, R. M. Bradley & Co., Inc. has operated as a privately held firm providing a broad range of commercial real estate services, including commercial brokerage, advisory services, asset and property management and consulting services throughout the United States and Canada. The firm provides services to an extensive list of corporate and institutional clients.
Under the direction of the Firm's President, Donald M. Campbell, the company is organized into three divisions: Commercial Sales and Leasing; Advisory & Consulting Services and Asset/Property Management. R.M. Bradley has taken the best of history and combined it with today's technology providing its clients with the highest level of quality and professionalism. R.M. Bradley's corporate headquarters are located in Boston’s Back Bay at 75 Arlington St.
In March of 2008, R.M. Bradley & Co., Inc. was purchased by Servus Management Corporation (SMC) headquartered in Hartford, CT. Under this ownership restructuring, SMC shareholders Richard Mulready-Chairman & CEO, Dave Fagone –President and Robert Walsh- VP & Director, along with RMB President Don Campbell will now direct the firm’s strategic growth plans. The combined firms now manage a real estate portfolio in excess 5 million square feet and employ over 75 real estate professionals from the Mid-Atlantic States to New England with offices in Washington, DC, Hartford and Boston.

Since its founding in 1889, R.M. Bradley & Co., Inc., has provided a full range of real estate services to institutional clients on a local, regional and national level. R.M. Bradley is strictly in the business of providing real estate services and does not develop and/or own real estate for its own account. The culture of R.M. Bradley is driven by a mentality solely geared to attaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of services of the finest quality. With a long history of corporate stability, we have survived numerous real estate cycles during our 100-plus years of existence and have continued an uninterrupted rate of growth throughout. Since we have never acted as owners, service has been our only business. Satisfied customers have perpetuated our Firm over the years.
