Servus Management Corporation announces purchase of R.M. Bradley & Co., Inc. Commercial Brokerage & Asset Management Business

Chairman & CEO Richard Mulready announces purchase of assets and brand name; plans to continue to focus on growing Boston-area business and providing first class service to existing clients.

Boston , MA , March 7th

On Thursday, March 6^th, Richard Mulready, Chairman & CEO of Servus Management Corporation, announced the purchase of the Commercial Brokerage & Asset Management business of R.M. Bradley & Co., Inc., including the firm’s brand name. The negotiation and sale includes the promotion of former Executive Vice President Don Campbell to the role of President of R.M. Bradley & Co., Inc., as well as Executive Vice President of Servus Management Corporation, an important step in ensuring continuity in the management team. The new agreement also assures a continuation of a long standing tradition of providing first class services to clients of R.M. Bradley & Co., Inc., including institutional investors, regional and national corporations and small businesses.

The transaction is supported by the firm’s client base, and brings the total management portfolio to over 5 Million SF including clients common to both firms. A new company has been formed which will operate as R.M. Bradley & Co., Inc., under an ownership structure including Servus Management and the aforementioned Don Campbell serving as President. The new headquarters of R.M. Bradley & Co., Inc., will be based in Boston ’s Back Bay , at 75 Arlington Street .
