RM Bradley announced Randy Gudauskas will become Controller for the firm on April 5th. Randy joined RM Bradley on February 7, 2024 after a nearly 25-year tenure at INDUS Realty Trust (formerly Griffin Land) in Bloomfield Connecticut. Randy will be taking the place of David Gut, Controller of RM Bradley for the past 27 years! Dave will be entering a new chapter in his life as an official retiree on April 5, 2024. All of us at RM Bradley wish Dave nothing but the best in retirement. Dave has been a tremendous asset to our firm.

After more than 40 years with RM Bradley, John Masse officially retires at the end of the year. Over his tenure, John was instrumental in the commissioning of the new office buildings at Metro Center and 55 Farmington along with the revamping of Goodwin Square. John has been the Chief Engineer at The Gold Building for over 25 years. John’s detailed knowledge of these buildings has proved invaluable in saving money for both ownership groups and tenants. He will continue to consult with RM Bradley. We wish John well in his retirement.

After 23 years with RM Bradley, Vice President of Parking Services, John Pensiero has officially retired. Prior to joining RM Bradley in 1999, John worked with a number of Parking Management companies in Hartford and was almost always assigned to a parking facility associated with an RM Bradley office building management assignment. John will be missed by his co-workers, his clients, and most of all, by his thousands of customers- most of whom he knew by name! Thank you, John!
